This new, replacement ignition unit for 1970s Kawasaki triples replaces the “SSM” Solid State Magneto fitted to H1D and H2 models. Original part numbers refer: x6t30171, x6t30172 & x6t30173. Our all in one design with a single case mounted on a stainless steel backplate. The combined electronic board performs exactly as our other ignition units for these Triples. One year warranty from date of purchase. Made in England A new CDi unit is only one part of the ignition system, so if a brand new ‘plug-in’ CDi unit does not fix, or changes the symptoms then your next action is to consider other parts in the system that may need to be replaced or repaired to clear the problem, especially where that system is over 20 years old.
