This is documenteted in Peter Crawford's book "Thunderbolt and Lightning", and we have have checked with the VMCC that this bike was despathed to BSA West coast on 13/02-1970. From the restoration work we did on the bike, we can tell that most of the bike bar the frame is changed for 1970 items at the factory. This makes the bike quite interesting we think.
